At Oledimo, operated by Elite Marketing Solutions, LLC, we stand behind the quality of our lamps and lighting products. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage and process for warranty claims.

Note: This warranty is separate from our 30-day return policy and applies specifically to manufacturing defects.

1. Warranty Coverage

All lamps and lighting products purchased from Oledimo.com are covered by a 12-month limited warranty, starting from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects

Electrical faults not caused by misuse

Faulty components or workmanship

If a product is confirmed to be defective within the warranty period, we will offer one of the following remedies:

Repair of the product, or

Replacement with the same or equivalent model, or

A refund if repair or replacement is not possible

2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper installation

Damage caused by power surges or incorrect voltage use

Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Water damage (unless the product is specifically rated as waterproof)

Commercial or rental use unless explicitly stated

Light bulbs or consumable parts unless otherwise specified

3. Warranty Claims Process

4. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will cover the cost of replacement shipping.

If the issue is determined not to be covered under warranty, return or replacement shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Limitation of Liability

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Elite Marketing Solutions, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product, except where prohibited by applicable law.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights depending on your state or country of residence.
